The Callagy Group
Case Study #1

Business coaches may just be the best case study of all when it comes to tangible results originating from Web 2.0 strategies.

The site developed for The Callagy Group was extensive. Sean Callagy, a successful lawyer and entrepreneur, was building the business rapidly and needed to employ web 2.0 strategies to stay ahead of the web curve and simplify operations for both the group and his clients.

After listening to Sean’s specific needs we went to work on a comprehensive web marketing solution.

Online Marketing and Client Acquisition:

The online marketing strategy took advantage of local listings and other web marketing resources to cost-effectively promote the group’s services within the New York area. By keeping an updated schedule of the monthly events on the site (with event descriptions) we drastically reduced the amount of phone calls for this information and gave prospective clients an idea about what the Callagy Group was all about.

Improving Coach-Client Relations:

In addition to the new acquisition strategies we created a “members only” area on the site where the group’s coaches could post class outlines and the live teleclass recordings (podcasting) so that if a client missed a meeting or just wanted to review the material again he or she could do so right from the comfort of their own computer. The office managers no longer had to spend countless hours printing class outlines and burning audio files onto CD’s to ship to clients. A complete web solution.

In the two months following the implementation of the strategy and the online teleclass platform the website traffic has increased to 30 times its previous levels and the Callagy Group has notified us that a number of new customers have been generated directly from these marketing efforts.
